I appropriated my storage unit approximately 3 years ago and have had nothing but excellent customer service. I am vacating my unit, due to a job opportunity out of this area and would highly recommend this facility to anybody who has storage needs.

The purpose of my letter is to make you aware of my great satisfaction in your services at the Storage Master® located at 1955 Northside Industrial Blvd. Columbus, GA. This facility is an excellent one and most assuredly exactly what I was looking for to store my household and miscellaneous items.  I have always been met with the most pleasant courtesy and attention. I rented two 10x25 units from Storage Master®.  Since the day I walked into the Storage Master® leasing office, I have experienced only good things.  The staff is friendly and very customer oriented.  The few questions that I had were answered quickly.  The units, both on the second floor, are always appropriately heated or cooled, depending on the time of the year.  The aisle in front of the units is always clean.  Parking for loading and unloading during our frequent visits is covered and convenient.  Security has never been a concern.  The only question that I have had is from my wife who is enamored with the storage units and who frequently asks me why didn't we rent these climate-controlled units from Storage Master® four years earlier!
